What is a Leadership Summit?
A forum of Christian leaders dedicated to the task of edifying and perfecting the church community resulting in:

• Diverse Cultural Links

What is being offered?
Designed to be a blessing to our personal ministerial growth, once per quarter we will meet at the Pomona headquarters church to learn pastoral techniques from some of the finest teachers of our day. Meeting will begin at 9:30 and continue until 1:00p.m.

A mid-morning brunch will be included in the day’s activities. Though the meeting will be designed for pastors and spouses, your church leaders are being planned for, and we believe your church will be greatly benefited by the attendance of your leaders. At every quarterly institute session we will offer separate training for Pastors, Wives and the church leaders that you wish to invite.

Why are we offering this institute?

Because every pastor benefits from continuing study of current ministry ideas and techniques! Input from qualified teachers and mentors will encourage you and keep you-up-to-date on the latest ministerial ideas.

Who will Teach Us?

The most outstanding leaders in church growth and church development ministries today will be available to you. Dr. Robert Orr, formerly of Fuller Theological Seminary is one of the leading church growth experts in the church world and is one example of the caliber of speakers that we will present to you.

On some instances, we will watch tapes and media material together for remote learning from experts who cannot be physically present, but who by tape can share their finest material with us.
