Pastor Victor N. and First Lady Bayan (Carson, CA) were hosts along with Bishop Alexander. Ten pastors along with their churches, affiliated with the Shield of Faith Fellowship. They are pictured in this group with their wives standing behing them. The services were held on the campus of the University of the Philippines in Manilla.

Presently they are making plans to secure office space for the Shield of Faith Fellowship of Churches, Philippines.
